The Rwanda Medical and Dental Council (RMDC) wishes to inform all medical and dental practitioners the Council has upgraded its management information system (MIS) to improve service delivery.

Effective from Monday, 10 August 2026, all regulatory services (including applications for license and certificates of status) will strictly be processed through the upgraded portal.
