TENDER NOTICE N° 002/TD/RMDC/2026

TENDER TITLE : Supervision of the construction of the public building of the Rwanda Medical and Dental Council located in Kigali

CLIENT : Rwanda Medical and Dental Council

The RMDC (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) . The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contracts for which these Bidding Document is issued.

The RMDC now solicits proposals to provide the following consulting services : Supervision of the construction of the public building of the Rwanda Medical and Dental Council located in Kigali. More details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference.

Participation in this tender is open, on equal conditions, to all national consultant firms specialized in the study and supervision of construction works and holding a valid registration certificate.

The Request for Proposal (RFP) may be obtained from RMDC through the email address : info@rmdc.rw, or hard copy from the RMDC Head office located at Kacyiru Executive Apartment (KEA), upon submission of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwanda Francs (Frw 10,000) deposited into Account No. 100001138116 of RMDC opened at BANK OF KIGALI (BK) The RFP shall be sent to the bidder within one (1) working day following the submission of the bank slip.

Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Frw 1,560,000 issued by an authorized financial institution (Commercial Bank or Insurance Company) operating in Rwanda.
A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 16/06/2026 at 10:00 a.m. The visit shall commence from 10:00 a.m to 11:59 a.m.

Well-prepared proposals (Technical and Financial) shall be submitted to RMDC at the office of RMDC Head office located at Kacyiru Executive Apartment (KEA), Block B, Ground Floor, on 25/06/2026 at 10:00 a.m. Proposals submitted after the deadline shall be rejected and returned unopened. Proposals electronically or by email shall not be accepted.

The opening of technical proposals will take place at RMDC Boardroom on the same day at 11:00 a.m. in the presence of bidders’ representatives who wish to attend.
