The Rwanda Medical and Dental Council (RMDC) reminds all medical doctors that submission of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) evidence is a mandatory requirement for the 2025 license renewal.
All doctors are required to submit proof of at least 50 CPD credits by uploading valid CPD certificates through the RMDC Online Licensing System by June 30th, 2025using the following Oline license renewal

Failure to submit required CPD credits together with application fees by the deadline may result in delays in license renewal.

To support professionals in meeting CPD requirements, RMDC has partnered with the World Continuing Education Alliance (WCEA) to provide free access to CPD courses via a mobile app and online platform. These courses are recognized and can be used toward your CPD credit requirement.
To register and access the WCEA platform :

1. Download the WCEA App on your phone (iOS or Android) or on your laptop
2. Login using credentials provided via email or request support at info@rmdc.rw
3. Study online/offline and obtain digital certificates for upload
