In pursuance of its statutory obligations and functions, the Council has approved a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Program to improve, renew, and update the skills and ability of all doctors and to ensure that appropriate, high-quality health services are being provided to patients.

With this audience Rwanda Society of Anesthesiologist (RSA) is organizing a symposium on “SAFE Obstetric Anesthesia Course”.

The objectives of the event are the following :

• To recognize and safely manage the obstetrical hemorrhage
• To recognize and safely manage sepsis
• To recognize and safely manage pre-eclampsia/eclampsia
• To recognize and safely manage difficult airway
• To safely manage neonatal resuscitation
• To understand the importance of a team approach to obstetrical and neonatal care

The symposium is an accredited CPD activity ; full attendance to the symposium will allow you to earn CPD credits.
