LIST OF CANDIDATES FOR MAY 2021 LICENSURE WRITTEN EXAMINATIONS

The Education, Registration and Licensing Committee in its Meeting of May 6th,2021 reviewed application materials of 90 applicants and resolved that among 90 applicants, 82 candidates in annex 1 fulfilled the requirement to sit for Licensure Examinations of 9th May 2021 (code was given to each of them) while the remaining 8 applicants in annex 2 did not fulfil the requirement and consequently are not allowed to sit for Licensure Examinations of 9th May 2021.

The article Article 22 of the Licensure Examination states that :

  • Examination must start at nine o’clock (09 AM local time) in the morning.
  • The written examination duration is 5 hours distributed into two sessions of 100 questions each for 2.5 hours per session.
  • Candidates must be searched thoroughly before entering the examination room or hall
  • Candidates must bear proper identification
  • All examination centers must start the examination at the same time in the morning hours
  • Candidates must be seated in the examination room 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination
  • Answer sheets (zip Grade answer sheets) are distributed, followed by inverted examination question papers :
    -Do only completely shade in the circle of the letter describing the best answer on the answer sheet
    -No stray marks are allowed on the answer sheet. So only complete the answer sheet when you are confident with your answers.
    -If you do not fill in the circle completely, you will not get a mark even if you have selected the correct answer
    -Do write your Code number and Names in the given space
    -Do not write on the Examination question paper

  • Silence must be strictly observed
  • No conversation should take place in the examination room during written examinations
  • Any grievance must be reported immediately to the invigilator or exam coordinator.
  • Any candidate caught cheating will be disqualified for any licensure examinations. The case must be reported to the Bureau for further actions.
  • Any candidate who fails to sign the examination attendance sheet shall be considered as absent from the examination.
