Rwanda Medical and Dental Council (RMDC) is seeking a consultant to make a proposal for it’s Headquarter building as mentioned in subject. The consultant must be a firm or individual (holding a certification of registration from Engineer’s council in Rwanda) qualified and experienced in house design and construction. Proof of previous similar works and client reference must be provided.

A compulsory visit to the site guided by the RMDC official shall take place on August 22nd, 2017 between 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

All bids will be submitted at RMDC Office at Gasabo District, Remera Sector, Plot Number 24, Street 169, Kisimenti-Sonatube paved road, opposite to the Remera Adventist Church before August 31st, 2017 at 10h00 am local time. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in public on the same day at 10:30 am, local time.
The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned.
