On 23rd April,2016 at Rwanda Medical and Dental Council Head Quarter it held the Handover Ceremony of The Outgoing Chairman of Rwanda Medical and Dental Council Prof. Emile RWAMSIRABO on one hand, and the incoming Chairman of Rwanda Medical and Dental Council Dr. Emmanuel RUDAKEMWA on other hand, proceed the handover.

Following the outcome of March 25, 2016 election, Chairman Dr. Emmanuel RUDAKEMWA who was declared winner of the election by the Electoral Commission is the one who shall be taking over from me. Once again, I congratulate Chairman Dr. Emmanuel RUDAKEMWA over his victory at the polls and wish him a successful tenure of office.
