Bearing in mind that CPD program is mandatory for all Medical Doctors and clinicians practicing in Rwanda ; therefore, Rwanda Radiologist Society in Collaboration with Société Francophone d’imagerie Pediatrique et Prenatale and Rwanda Pediatric Association is organizing a 5 days “Pediatric Ultrasound” workshop.

This course was prepared in response to the unacceptably high child mortality burden in the country (2005-2009) and in light of the need to meet MDG-4 and 5 targets and reduce maternal and child mortality by three quarters by 2015. Thus, the training Program aimed at improving child health and ensures provision of quality pediatric care in health facilities in Rwanda through training of health providers

The Course will be facilitated by two Radio-Pediatricians Dr Anne Geoffrey (from Nice-France) and Dr Edith Rivoal ( from Quimper-France)
