Basic Tuberculosis Infection Control
In pursuance of its statutory obligations and functions, the Rwanda Medical and Dental Council has approved a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Program to improve, renew, and update the skills and ability of all physicians and dentists to ensure that appropriate, high-quality health services are being provided to patients.
The National University of Rwanda School of Public Health (NURSPH) is organizing a symposium on “Basic Tuberculosis Infection Control”.
The objectives of the event are the following :
Analyze existing gaps in the organizational and institutional structures of DR TB program(s) ;
Prioritize diagnostics, treatment and care needs for DR TB patients ;
Identify needs for OR within PMDT as well set priorities ;
Identify the best practices on PMDT within the Region.
The symposium is an accredited CPD activity ; full attendance to the symposium will allow you to earn CPD credits.
